This Friday's Featured Child is Casa Shalom's newest resident, Brandon Eli Turcios. Brandon, 5, arrived at Shalom last week after being abandoned by his family. Little Brandon seems to be adjusting really well to life at the home and is quickly making friends with the other children in the toddler house. Brandon says he's not sure what his favorite food is, but that he knows that he really likes gum. He says he's enjoying running with Alex and Angel and Antonio, his new friends at Casa Shalom.
For $30 a month, you can help Casa Shalom provide Brandon with good food, medical care, school supplies when he starts kindergarten in January, doctor's visits, clothes, shoes and fun field trips outside the orphanage.
